My daughter is now 5 and a half months old, and lately she's been moving her arms and legs a lot, like a windmill. Is this normal? Even when I give her evening milk, she's not still and moves around with everything.

Yes, that's normal Anneke. My son did that too, and I see it in other kids in my circle of friends.
