Hi ladies, I got my membranes stripped this morning and wanted to know what your experiences were like. Who had their labor pick up after that?

I'm exactly 38 weeks now. But because of the itching and barely being able to sleep anymore, they don't want to let me go on too long. On Tuesday I have to go to the OB-GYN and then we'll talk about induction, but of course it would be nicer if it started spontaneously today that they do it now. And it's not a fun thing, but the pain is really manageable though
feels a bit unpleasant when they go into your cervix and it's never really pleasant to lie there like that

I'm 35+6 now. I'm also having sleepless nights. It's really driving me crazy!!! I've been dealing with this for 2.5 months now. I could really cry about it. Every night is a battle just to get some sleep. I really hope I can give birth at 39 weeks. I just can't take it anymore. I have so many ailments. Walking is also getting really difficult sometimes. So it's really exciting for you!!! I have to admit I'm a bit jealous!! I still have about 4 weeks left...... -

Oh, that's great that those showers help you relax a bit
So maybe at night then.. But well, soon the little one will want all the attention at night too, haha....

I definitely don’t have any experience with it, because I gave birth to both my girls 14 days early. But I don’t know if that was because we had sex that day. It did bring on both labors, though. Greetings, Feline
