5 days before due date, very faint line?

Dear ladies,

Would you mind taking a quick look for me? I'm new to this forum and have been trying to get pregnant for 7 months now. I've had a kind of feeling for the past week that it might be a hit, and I'm experiencing some light menstrual-like cramps. I just took a test (way too early, of course) 5 days before my expected period, and according to me, I see a faint line, which in real life looks a bit darker than in the photo.

What do you all think?

    For some reason, I can't load the photo, so I just set it as my profile picture. But I can already tell it's not very clear like this.

    No, that's correct indeed. Sorry, but I've looked at the photo and can't see any line, but if it's a very faint line, you might also have trouble capturing it in the photo. Usually, you can't see it anymore then. Exciting for you!!! Testing again soon???

    did another test this morning, got another faint line again. but now i'm having some bleeding and severe cramps in my lower belly, so maybe my period is coming early. hope not!

    I had that back then too: 5 days before NOD and one day after NOD, HCG was positive, and now I’m 23 weeks and 3 days pregnant with the second one...

    A few days ago I also had some light bleeding... it turned out to be implantation bleeding and the cramps are normal with that... that still lasts for a while in the first few weeks too.

    That's true. At first, you always think you're going to get your period. It's all part of it... Yeah, it doesn't say anything at all. Maybe you'll have a very positive test in your hands tomorrow

    I really hope that in a few days I'll have a nice thick second line, but I've lost quite a bit of blood and the cramps were so severe that I felt completely nauseous. I hardly dare to hope for a good outcome anymore. Do you know if implantation bleeding can be this intense, or is it supposed to just be a little bit of blood?
