    Hi everyone,

I'm so curious. I clearly felt my ovulation last Wednesday. Since last Sunday, I've had period-like pain, as if I'm going to get my period any moment now. But I'm not supposed to get it until next Wednesday.

It feels like the pain is getting worse each day, especially when I start to get tired. I don't have many pregnancy symptoms, just occasional slight nausea for a very short time and mood swings. Very annoying for my husband, of course...

Could I really be pregnant? I hope so after 5 mc.
    This feeling is getting stronger...

    Good morning ladies.

    I'm Lindy, 32 years old.
My ovulation was on June 6th. Since then, I've had cramps in my lower abdomen. Tender breasts, nausea, and headaches.
    Could this be implantation?

Implantation happens between 5 and 12 days after ovulation. It's a bit early for implantation, but it could be fertilization, and you might be very sensitive to the hormone.
If that's not the case, you might have some PMS symptoms, which can start as early as right after ovulation.

    Hi,
My husband and I have been trying for a baby for 2 months now. Last Wednesday and Thursday I tested positive for ovulation using Clearblue tests. Now, about 4-5 days later, I've been experiencing a lot of sharp pains in my left and right sides (alternating) and a cramping stomach ache. Does anyone have any idea if this could indicate implantation? I went to the doctor yesterday and had blood drawn, but I'm not sure if they can see anything that early...

    Hey,

I ovulated on Aug 14th & of course we've been trying for a baby. Now it's 3 days later and I'm feeling little twinges on the lower left side of my tummy, and I'm also losing white mucus. My breasts are very sensitive, it looks like I have a dark ring around my nipple, and I'm feeling nauseous with everything I eat...

Are you really sure your ovulation was on August 14th? Because those symptoms can also be related to ovulation and are usually (never say never) too early for implantation.
  7. JJ Guest #47

Yeah, because I also had really bad cramps on the 14th and had stomach pain all day, and then I had nothing until today...

    Hi ladies..
I ovulated on cycle day 20.. 4 days later I had a sensitive lower abdomen.. sitting down really hurt and stuff.. the next day it was over but I had brown discharge with mucus.. this started in the evening and lasted for 3 days... the following day the brown discharge disappeared (so yesterday) but in the afternoon I had a thick yellow stringy discharge. I'm now on cycle day 30.. my cycle varies between 32 and 34 days..

Help !! I stopped the injection pill a month ago. A few days after I was supposed to officially get my next shot, I had my period for 3 days.
Since Saturday, I've been feeling quite nauseous at times, cramps / sharp pains in my lower abdomen, dizzy, tired, and urinating a lot.
I've had unprotected sex since then.
    Can I be pregnant?

I don't think you can be pregnant, anon.. I was also on the Depo-Provera shot myself, but the shot lasts longer after stopping than the regular pill.. your body might react differently to it, maybe that's why you're having symptoms.. I was on the shot for 6 years and it took almost a year for it to wear off and for me to get a normal cycle again.

Good afternoon, I had a quick question. I had bleeding from March 7 to March 13, and now for the last 4 days I've been having lower abdominal pain that sometimes pulls towards my vagina.

    Hi!
My name is Charlene. 23 years old.

We've been trying for a baby since December. I have a very irregular cycle. I didn't have a period at all from July 2017 to December 2018. I had a copper IUD, but the gynecologist said that couldn't be the issue. So we tried naturally from December to April, but it wasn't really working out. After trying Clomid for two months, we ended up at the fertility clinic. Since May, we've been doing daily Menopur injections. When the egg reaches a nice 23mm, we give a Pregnyl shot to trigger ovulation, and then I insert Utrogestan 3 times a day after ovulation. Every month brings the same disappointment. I try not to get my hopes up too high, but it still hurts so much when the test is negative again on the day I'm supposed to test. Then I stop the Utrogestan, and a day later, my period arrives. But this month feels different. I don't want to drive myself crazy and try to think about it as little as possible, but there's still a tiny spark of hope. My ovulation was last Monday, August 26, 2019, and since yesterday I've been having occasional sharp pains in my lower abdomen, like a little needle going in and out. Sometimes nothing for hours, then suddenly the twinges are back. It feels like period cramps, but less severe. My period isn't due until next Monday, September 9, 2019. (If it's negative again, we're starting IUI next month, so yeah, it's frustrating.)

I can't test earlier than September 9 because the Pregnyl contains the hCG hormone, which can cause false positives. It stays in my blood and urine for about 14 days, so it's very frustrating. Our fertility doctor said we only have an 18% chance of pregnancy per cycle. You might think, "Wow, that's low," but it's actually pretty good considering that someone with a normal cycle only has a 20-25% chance each month.

So my question is: does anyone else in the same boat as me have the same experience? Have you had these same twinges a week after ovulation? Can someone explain what this could be? I've never had this in all the months we've been trying.

    Lots of love,
    Charlene

    Hi!

I ovulated on Saturday. We really tried our best. We were active the days before, the day of, and after. Now I've had stabbing pains in my lower belly since yesterday. I also feel really tired. I had endometriosis, which was surgically removed. Still 11 days to wait in suspense. Could I be pregnant?

    Best, anon

I'm now 7 or 8 weeks pregnant, and this week I've been lying flat more than anything else... either I was feeling nauseous, or I had a lot of pain from the implantation.

    Hi everyone,
We're also trying for our first baby! I get my period regularly, and we've been trying since July 9th. My ovulation was on July 14th, and I'm already feeling a dull ache in my lower abdomen and lower back, kind of like period pain. What about you all? Please, I can't test until 10 days from now!!
  16. Sannetje Guest #56

    Hi,
On Thursday 29/10 I had a positive ovulation test in my hands so we started trying. On Monday I got a pain in my lower abdomen exactly like when you're getting your period. I also have a lot of bloating and gas.
Could that have been my implantation and when should I do a pregnancy test?

    Best, Sanne
  17. Mamavan2meiden #57

Hi Sanne, when is your due date?
I would say the earliest you should do a test is 2 days before your period. If you do it earlier, there's a big chance you'll get a false negative.
What you describe sounds like implantation, but I think it's still 1 day too early.

    Hi ladies,

Who has experienced this? Last Saturday, Nov 21, I had a positive ovulation test with a smiley. I was busy doing chores until Monday, Nov 23, and the next day I was no longer fertile but had cramping in my lower abdomen until yesterday, Saturday, Nov 28. It's been going on for 5 days now, and I have no idea what it means because I've never experienced this before.

    Hope to read your replies.
  19. Mamavan2meiden #59

If the cramps started 5 days after ovulation, I'd say implantation. If you've had them since ovulation, it could be a bladder infection. Of course, I can't be sure.

Hi there! I had a positive ovulation test on April 4th, so that's when my ovulation was. From April 9th onwards, I've had extreme breast pain, but the veins are good and usable. Now, since yesterday, I've had some menstrual cramps and a labor-like feeling. Yesterday afternoon, I got a sharp stab as if someone was stabbing me in the belly with a knife, then a pulling sensation, but it went away an hour later. This morning, I had some more menstrual cramps, not extreme, but the feeling that I should be getting my period. My period is next week.
