inducing labor

There are a few reflex points on your body that you could try stimulating. A friend of mine did this, and her contractions eventually kicked in. You can massage your Achilles tendon and ankle/heel well (have someone do it), as these points are connected to your uterus and can help induce cramps.
Other than that, it's just waiting... good luck

Hi Iza, how do you massage? And where exactly are those points? Last night I felt everything again, now calm sighs. Nature caused a false alarm last week, now it's allowed and nothing comes up. Every cramp I think yes, now just try to catch up on some sleep.

It's mainly the inside of your leg from the Achilles tendon to the heel. Apply firm pressure (so massage from top to bottom) for about 15 minutes.
But, if your body isn't ready yet and your little one doesn't want to come out yet, it might not have any effect. I know the last weeks are tough, and when so much is already happening physically, it's really annoying when it's a false alarm. But as long as there's no medical reason to bring your baby out earlier, I'd just let them stay in there comfortably. After all, that's where they grow best during the first forty weeks
    Good luck!

If nothing changes on Tuesday, a plan of action will be made. I'm going crazy at home and I'm exhausted.
I think maybe they can strip the membranes if it works, of course it doesn't work for everyone, but I already have dilation.

If this hadn’t happened last week, I wouldn’t feel so weak, tired, and uncertain right now. How do I move forward? I was expecting around my due date, and today I’m 37 weeks and 1 day.

I had intercourse with my husband both times and it worked out so well, then the contractions started and they were born. It worked like that with my first daughter, and with my second too.
