negative test

Hey everyone,

I stopped the pill almost a year ago and have always had a 38-day cycle, but this month I'm already a week late. However, the pregnancy tests keep coming back negative. Could I still be pregnant? I feel different than usual; normally I never have to go to the toilet, but now everything is going so smoothly. My breasts are tingling and sometimes feel swollen. I also have cramps in my legs and stomach.

What do you think?

Kind regards

Oh Bambi, I really can't tell you that because everyone's symptoms are different... Have you tried a sensitive test yet? If you really want to be 100% sure, I'd go to your GP and get a blood test. Then you'll know for sure!

Good luck!!! I hope you're pregnant

What test did you use? The ones from Kruidvat, 2 for 5 euros, are very sensitive.
At least, I tested positive quickly with them, and several girls I know did too.
I had those symptoms too, and still do.

I got that one at Kruidvat too. Just as a first test; if it's positive, I'll get a more expensive one. But when should I test? What time of day did you guys do it?

I'm testing with the first morning urine. I would've taken that test first too.

    Sanjo, are you pregnant??

    Yes, I'm pregnant. I'm 18 weeks today.
I tested with the Kruidvat one (2 for 5 euros) and it turned positive pretty quickly. Later I did the digital Clearblue test.

Congratulations! Two more weeks to wait, and then I hope I can test too...

Thank you. Exciting. I hope you test positive then. I'll be rooting for you.
