Hi! Has anyone had experience with a humidifier? You have a choice between warm and cool mist... And has anyone experienced wallpaper peeling off due to the humidifier?

Hi 17&pregnant,
I have a humidifier in my little girl's room, one from Chicco (it looks just like a turtle
) and when it's on, it also gives off a blue light... mine gives off cool air when it evaporates the water so the little one can't burn her hands if she ever touches it.
Very handy when there's dry air in the room.. I don't always use it, only when it's really hot in the room (the sun is there all afternoon)
I don't have experience with the wallpaper since ours is just painted..
