Tired, tired, and tired.

Hi!
I'm now 26 weeks pregnant and have been really super tired for the past few months..!
I go to bed early in the evenings and also take an hour nap in the afternoons.
I used to work full-time, but now I only work Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Do others here experience this too? This is my first pregnancy, so I'm not sure what to expect etc.

Greetings

I was super tired with all 3 kids too.
    I guess it’s pretty normal.

Rest well. Keep doing your afternoon naps and maybe take the car more often instead of biking. (I did everything by bike and that was really exhausting too.)

Enjoy it while you can. Last few weeks!

Apart from having few complaints, I've also been very tired since the beginning, and I get heartburn too. Of course, finding your position plays a role in why I don't sleep well.

But I sleep at work for 1 to 2 hours in the afternoon, and in the evenings I'm usually in bed by half past 10, because my alarm goes off at 6 am to get ready for work. If I have evening shifts or days off, I can sleep like a rock xxxxx

    I'm now 28 weeks and 1 day.

I still have plenty of vacation hours left. I'll work my last day on April 7 and then go on leave.

I'm also terribly tired.. I hoped it would get better after the first trimester, but unfortunately, it's still like this. When I'm off, I can sleep all day if I want to. The only advice I've gotten so far is 'give in to it'. Tough when you work full-time, indeed.

I'm 13 weeks pregnant and sometimes sleep up to 14 hours a day. I'm already chronically tired anyway, but I've never experienced anything this extreme before. The few hours I'm awake, I'm also not really able to get anything done.
I've already been home from work since the sixth week due to low blood pressure and dizziness, but with this level of fatigue, working just isn't an option.

I was especially really tired during my second pregnancy. I was 23, but felt like an old lady, so to speak.
I suddenly had a strong need for afternoon naps—I didn’t even recognize myself like that.
But it felt great to give in to it.
That was the case with my first one too.
With the second, I got exhausted even faster, but that was also because I had a one-year-old running around.
In the second half of my pregnancy, I actually got more energy.
Feel free to give in to it, because soon you’ll really need your energy.
Enjoy your rest, and take advantage of it while you still can, I’d say.
    Greetings, Madelene

    Hi!

    Have you tried Floradix yet?

It really works wonders for me. If I forget it for a day, I'm immediately feeling much more tired.
