pregnant again or not

hello ladies

i gave birth to a beautiful daughter almost 3 months ago
but i'm afraid i might be pregnant again. i had my period at the end of january/beginning of february, and it only lasted 3 days. i gave birth in december, and now i still haven't gotten my period. my taste has changed completely again; i find a lot of things taste disgusting now, etc. i'm wondering whether i should just take a test or wait a little longer??

    I think your cycle might also be messed up after giving birth. But you can always take a test, of course. If your cycle is 28 days, you might know more by then.
    If the test is negative and your period still doesn't come, I'd say get in touch with your doctor—they can definitely help you better than we can. A blood test often says more then.

    hey poesh i took a test today but it was negative. i'll test again in 2 weeks and otherwise yeah, just go see the doctor. thanks for responding

    I don't want to interfere with anything, but it seems really sad to me for a little kid to have to share their mom so young and so small. And you know, the less you enjoy your first child's development, the worse it gets. When you're pregnant and nauseous, you're more irritable and can handle less from your first child, who surely deserves your full attention in the beginning. I always think it's so mean for mothers to have to have a second baby so soon.
