It took about half a year before I felt like I had given my previous miscarriage a place, even though I hadn't even been pregnant for 3 months. It had really taken a toll on me, and I consciously worked on giving it a place, but it still took quite a while before I felt like I had done that.
Before that, I wanted to get pregnant so badly that I think I was dwelling on it too much. Only after I had given my previous miscarriage a place could I let go, and then, surprisingly, I got pregnant again soon after.
Wishing you all the best for the 19th; it must be a painful date for you. On my 'due date,' I published my website, kind of like a birth of my new practice, and shared my personal story with the world. I wanted to do something symbolic that day and have something 'born.' Strength!!
hi hi, unfortunately I also had a miscarriage. We were 6 months along. In the end, I lost it at 7 weeks. Got pregnant again right after, but lost that one at 8 weeks too. So now I'm waiting for my period. I'm on day 34 now, and unfortunately got a negative test yesterday. Phew, I don't know what to think. It's making me feel so unsure about everything.
Cheer up, girl! I know how it feels. Try to do nice things with your partner, make plans for things you still want to do before having a baby. It'll be okay. Did you get any info on why it went wrong twice? Strength!
Like the rest of you, I had a miscarriage late last year. We were all hyped up for our first ultrasound, only to find out we’d had a miscarriage while my whole body was still in full “pregnant mode.” Last month I was a bit late, but the test was unfortunately negative (stress about trying to conceive??). Now I’m 2 days late and I’m too scared to take a test.
On November 26th, I unfortunately had a miscarriage. I was a bit more than 6 weeks pregnant. We had been trying for a year and were about to start an IVF process. Unfortunately, it didn't work out this time. Now, my age isn't really working in my favor, according to the gynecologist, since I'm 39. I hope it works out again soon. Are there any other women who are also older and for whom it worked out quickly after a miscarriage?
