Never pregnant again

Good morning! Today I finally signed up, after 4 years (including) of IUI treatments at the hospital, I'm finally pregnant! And what's striking is that we had accepted that it might never happen again, and 2 years after the last IUI treatment, it's a success. I could scream with joy, but we're also being very cautious. I didn't know I was pregnant and had a huge knot in my lower back. I took diclofenac 50 from the doctor, and she did warn me that it could reduce fertility, but well, 'I wasn't pregnant' as far as I knew... So it turned out I was, and now I'm 6/7 weeks along. My Clear Blue showed 3+... On Thursday we'll know more, there's an appointment! Exciting! So I'm really happy, but also very scared.

Greetings, Maja

    Went to the gynecologist yesterday, and guess what! I'm already 12 weeks pregnant!!!! So happy!!! And it's now clear that having periods in the first 2 months is indeed possible! Just like I was... this is such an emotional rollercoaster, I've already lost my first trimester.. and am now 'safe'.. going to sort everything out now, will keep you posted soon! Love!

    small update: everything is going well so far, maybe even too well. I don't have many complaints, except for my teeth—no nausea, nothing... I'm now 15.2 weeks pregnant, and on April 16th I have my 20-week ultrasound!! Exciting!

    @Maja,

    Wow, what a beautiful story...
    Wishing you all the happiness...

    How are you feeling otherwise? Do you also want to know what it is??

    Love, Ju

    mavanmi, and honestly, I don’t feel much yet... because it all happened so fast, I don’t think I really had time to adjust. I bought a crib yesterday and put it together, hoping that being busy with it would help me bond more... but sadly, I didn’t feel much yesterday either. I did have that proud feeling of having fixed it all myself though... I hope the feeling will come later, once I start decorating and dressing up the little room... Love!

    Oh, and yes, I'd like to know what it'll be, regarding names and stuff... and because it's more fun to shop with a specific idea in mind :-)

    Maja, that feeling is coming, I promise! I also thought at first that I'd only realize it when I had the baby in my arms. But now that I really feel it every day, it's truly my baby! That was only since about 22 weeks or so.
    But I still don't fully grasp that we're having a baby in June. I know I'm pregnant, but the idea that I'll actually have such a little one soon is unbelievable!

    @Maja,

    Take all the time you need to go feel it...
    Ooh, that sounds so wonderful for you if you're going to enjoy it..
    Is that baby in the photo a niece or nephew??

    Love, MavanMi

    And super impressive that you put it together yourself.

    @mavanmi yes that's my niece! Now 8 weeks old... so weird when I held her, I was already pregnant, without even knowing it! hihi

    @molly I really hope so, I already missed my first trimester, and don't want to miss any more of that 'wonderful' feeling!

    Hi ladies! Just a quick update! April 16th, the 20-week ultrasound... sorry in advance for my language, but holy crap, I'm shitting my pants! I hope everything is okay with junior... that my meds and other bad things haven't had any effect... on one hand, I assume they haven't, but on the other hand... brrr.
