    Hi Anne, I think this is such a hassle too. I don't need to inject yet, but I'm constantly counting carbs. As soon as I eat a bit more rice or other things, it goes up right away. I've always lived very healthily, so there's not much room to change that. But well, I'm doing it for my baby . It's certainly not fun, something like this changes everything in your daily routine.

    How are you doing? I'm currently at 25-12-19 E with my insulin, so that's quite a lot. I've had to go for CTG scans about 5 times already, tomorrow again, Monday too, and if everything stays okay, I'll be induced on Wednesday 20/03. Exciting, can't wait anymore. It'll be 38 weeks then, and the OB thinks this is more than adequate for a pregnancy with gestational diabetes. I wonder why they didn't induce earlier? At 35 weeks, our daughter weighed 2750 g, so I'm curious how much she'll weigh by Wednesday.

    Greetings and I'll keep you posted, Anne

    @Anne,

    so exciting, everyone! So you'll get some insight at the end! Enjoy it, and you'll still have that week ahead!

    Anne, this is so exciting! But you'll see your little one next week . I also have to pump for the evening meal now, unfortunately, a diet alone didn't work out. I'm currently at 6 weeks. I had a growth scan 2 weeks ago, and the baby is estimated to be average size. I still have 8 weeks to go, but maybe earlier due to diabetes. Have a nice rest of the weekend, ladies.
