Hi everyone,
Maybe a bit of a silly question, but I'm a bit worried. Today I had ham from the butcher (cooked) at my in-laws'. However, they also had Parma ham. Both were sliced with the same machine, just like salami. Could this be harmful? How big is the chance of cross-contamination?
Thank you very much!
