Not feeling well.
Postpartum depression

Hi Esther,
It's really sad that you're feeling this way. I can kind of relate to it, but I don't think it's exactly the same. I come from a violent home environment (during and after my pregnancy). I recognize the fears of not daring to go out on the street, etc., but this comes from somewhere else.
I see that your post is from a while ago and I was wondering how you're doing now? Did you benefit from the sessions with the psychologist? How is the bond with your baby? Is this your first child or have you experienced a pregnancy before?
Good luck with your recovery. Don't forget that this happens to many women, and you're not an exception. There will come a time when your depression gives way to happiness, pride, and love.
Greetings,
Jane
