Lumps/spots

What is this?
This morning, there were bumps and redness around the vagina. I thought it was diaper rash at first? She still wears a diaper at night.
She had a few spots/bumps on her torso.
Tonight, temp 39.3, she was burning all over her body, and the redness and bumps around her vagina have gotten worse.
And it spread to her belly, back, upper arms, face, and soles of her feet.
Who knows what this is, and what can I do?
