Low AMH, how soon can menopause set in?

Three months ago I found out I have a low AMH level (0.58).
I only have my intake at the hospital in June.
But my cycle has changed so fast since then!
This time I wasn't on my period for only 14 days! And now I've been spotting for 8 days!
The two times before that I had a cycle of 21.
And before that always around 24/25.
Can you go into menopause that quickly?
Is there still hope?
I'm driving myself crazy because that appointment seems like it will take forever.
Any other people who have experienced this? Or who got pregnant despite a low AMH?
