what's it going to be? IUI, IVF, or ICSI?

Hi ladies.

My husband had his sperm analyzed a while back, since we've been trying to get pregnant for over a year.

With me, nothing unusual was found via ultrasound and blood tests.

These were his results:
pH 7.9
volume 3.0
sperm concentration 36
ejaculate cells 108
vitality: 46% (low)
motility PR 3% (very low)
motility NP 9% (low)
motility M 88%
total motility 12% (low)
VCM 3.2
normal morphology 1% (low)
morphology 1% (low)

abnormal morphology TZI 1.73% (high)

Diagnosis: asthenoteratozoospermia

I'm also a bit overweight, my BMI is 36. I'm currently losing weight, about 500-800 grams per week, through a low-carb diet, workouts, and walking.

Our ages are 30 for me and 33 for my husband.

What do you think they'll recommend?
There are minimum values listed with the results, but we're both quite shocked by them, especially my husband.

We already had an appointment with a gynecologist, and he suggested IUI first, but I needed to lose weight to get my BMI down to 35. We're almost there. We have another appointment on May 21st for next steps.
