Third pregnancy isn't working out.

Hi forummers,
We have two daughters aged 7, 8, and 5. Both kids conceived in the first round.
After trying for a third for 1.5 to 2 years, we went to the GP.
After various tests, it turned out I don't ovulate. I do get a period every 4 to 5 weeks. Hormones are out of balance. The advice is to start taking medication to induce ovulation. Has anyone here had experience with this? Or with the cause? The doctor said sometimes your body needs a reset.
I'm leaning more towards further investigation into how this could have happened suddenly.

    Hey,

Yeah, coincidentally I'm now on my second pregnancy. Been trying for a year now. Hormonal imbalance too, I don't have/good ovulation but I do get periods. I've got a hormone pump now. Hopefully it helps.

@anoniem did you already have problems with your ovulation before your first 2 pregnancies, or did that only develop after your pregnancies?

So relatable! Both of my kids came about quickly. They're 11 and 8 now. We've been trying for a third for years, but it just hasn't worked out. We've now started a medical process.
