Good follicle measurement?

Had my first follicle scan today after 5 days of gona l- f 225 units and 1 day of cetrotide.
On the right side I had 11 follicles, with one measuring 10mm
And on the left 8 follicles, all under 10mm
Is this a good scan result or is it against us?
Going back on Monday for another scan.
Feeling very unsure if this is heading in the right direction
