Kimmx, I had that too! Positive for 2 days, then 14 days later another positive, so I finally went to get a blood test and turns out I wasn't pregnant. Your body can do weird things, you know. I also had positive ovulation tests with my daughter, after my ovulation, and then I was pregnant.

What does your test look like after the 2 minutes? Otherwise, I'd really go for the 2v5 from Kruidvat. That test also detects from 10 hcg

Yeah, after 2 minutes it's no longer readable, I think because of drying out? Yeah, I wanted to get those 2 for 5 but they were sold out!

Oh yeah, but if you read it to him 10 minutes later, it's not a big deal. Just don't wait half an hour or longer. Maybe they'll have those tests tomorrow

    I see the line.
And you tested in the middle of the day, so not with your morning urine. You're only just past your expected period, so that seems like a logical explanation for why it's still so faint.

But was your ovulation just later? Or did the ovulation test just turn positive out of nowhere? I should be getting my period today/tomorrow, so I'm curious.

    Congratulations, Melissa! Enjoy your pregnancy

    Hey Melissa,

I don't know anything yet, no period started. I think I ovulated later. (Then I hope it's during the time we've been trying:angel
It's just waiting. Yesterday I suddenly had sharp twinges in my uterus, lasted a few hours.
This morning I was suddenly a bit nauseous, but only for a short time. Just wait and hope!

Kimmx, are your ovulation tests still positive? Hopefully, there will be more clarity soon. A positive test would of course be the best!

The 2-beSure tests stayed positive for a while, I compared them with another brand; zwanger&kids. This one was negative. But since I still haven't gotten my period, I think my ovulation was around the 24th. So the chance of pregnancy is still there! (Did a bit of a dance).
I'm also noticing weird symptoms like; yesterday sharp stabs in the uterus (felt like period pain but slightly different) so I hope implantation. In the morning slightly nauseous, very tired quickly, headache, lower back pain and very gurgly bowels. So hoping for the best! I did stop with the ovulation tests for a bit. I think I'll do a pregnancy test next week if I still haven't gotten my period.

Exciting! Hopefully good news next week!

    Kimmie, no blood yet?

    Nope! Still no period..
  14. Mamavan2meiden #54

    Exciting, Kimmx!

Yeah, it's still so suspenseful! I'll really only test over the weekend or later if I haven't gotten my period yet. What were your first symptoms after ovulation? And did you feel the implantation too? I think I felt it last Sunday, stabs in my uterus, on the left side, a bit like period cramps. I guess I was 6/7 DPO then? So I have no idea, it's just guessing!

    Exciting news! Keep us updated!

    Hey Kim,

    Do you know anything yet??????????
  18. Mamavan2meiden #58

Yeah, I'm curious too! How are you doing, Kimmy?

Usually, if they stop responding, it means they’ve gotten their period.
It’s awful when people start a thread and then don’t reply anymore.

I'm not much wiser myself yet! I did take a few pregnancy tests, and the ultra-sensitive one was positive last Sunday. The Kruidvat 2v5 was negative on Tuesday. I took another test yesterday from Etos (similar to the Kruidvat 2v5), and it was very faintly positive. I think it's nothing, but I'll take another ultra-sensitive pregnancy test tomorrow!
