Tess and Liss/Lizzy have too many S sounds.
Not really a fan of -y names.
I think Tess and Linn/Lynn fit better.
Or Tess and Jill. -

Hi! I think Lizz from those 3 is quite nice, especially because it has 4 letters and fits well with Tess!
(other names that also go well with Tess and are very pretty:
- Sofie / Sophie / Saar / Femke / Isa / Lynn / Linde
