I would personally not choose another name ending in -i for Frenkie. It quickly becomes a bit like Jut and Jul.

Instead of Loulou, you could maybe choose Milou/Filou, or Lola or Loua

    Frenkie, Mike, and Lola?

I'm really in love with the name Lola, but unfortunately, my partner doesn't like it at all.

It actually sounds fun to pick two baby names for Frenkie that end in an -ie sound! Anyway, it won't be Jut and Jul, since there are three of them

    Maybe Frenkie and...
(brother) Charlie, Alfie, Sjakie, Artie, Jamie, Louie, Ozzie, Robbie
(sister) Rosie, Lizzie, Zoë, Suzie, Sadie, Leonie, Marcie, Pixie, Ellie

Is there anything in there for you two?
