Recovering after baby?

5 months postpartum and I’m still sooooo exhausted and hormonal. What have you all done to recover? I saw this https://daisysyellowpepper.nl/online-hormoon-checkup/ pop up on Facebook. Anyone have experience with it?

Eat healthy and varied, take mom vitamins, make sure you get enough rest. So also take a nice nap in the afternoon with the baby. But I had a very easy baby who from day 1 already had the tendency to sleep through. I had to set the alarm for feedings because she didn’t come on her own. So I don’t know broken nights. I think that makes a big difference in your recovery. My recovery didn’t take as long as yours did. Because I got enough night sleep, the biggest fatigue was gone by 3 weeks.

You'll mainly need to find a rhythm as a family. Then you'll have some peace and organization, and you'll start feeling better soon too. Are you back to normal physically?
