Dizzy/dizzy from ovulation?

Hi,

I've noticed that I get really dizzy for about 2 to 3.75 days, exactly 2 weeks before my period... It feels like my brain is lagging behind when I move, as if the movement is registered later or something? So weird... Could this be related to ovulation?

So relatable that your brain only registers later that you've moved. I can even feel it when I'm lying in bed, like the world is spinning. But does that happen around ovulation? No idea. I haven't "measured" it yet.

That's definitely possible. When hormones spike or drop quickly, you can feel it.
I sometimes get dizzy and a bit nauseous around my ovulation.
Also, before my period, I tend to feel dizzy or a bit nauseous.

    Sure, that’s totally possible!
