Tandje?

Hi moms,

My little boy suddenly developed this weird 'spot' on the lower right side this morning. (It looks like it's in the middle here but it's actually on the lower right.) I'm wondering if it could be a teething mark, since that would correspond to a canine tooth... But he didn't have it before. He also suddenly started pulling on his ear yesterday and is chewing on everything that comes near his mouth. He just had a huge diaper blowout, and had a slight fever yesterday but not anymore. Any ideas? Best wishes!
