Hi everyone.
On March 8th, I felt severe pain/stabbing in my belly. A few days ago, I found this (see photo) in my underwear. Do you think this could be a miscarriage?
This morning I took a pregnancy test, but it was negative.
Is it possible that I had a miscarriage on March 8th without realizing it, and that it only came out now? (Without knowing I was pregnant)

I think it's quite light in color, so I'd guess it's more like cervical mucus.
Miscarriage blood is usually darker (dark red), as far as I know from the internet.
I'm just trying to think along, but I don't know for sure either.
