Hearing ok or not!?

My daughter is now almost 4 months old. She always seems very happy and laughs often. But now we notice that she rarely or never responds when we call her if she isn't looking at us. The hearing test right after birth was completely fine. She also babbles and often screams during playtime with us. Is it normal that at 4 months she doesn't often consciously look at us when we make sounds while she's looking at other things?

Get used to it, most kids' ears are just for decoration.
During my daughter's hearing test, the consultation bureau said her ears work fine, but that doesn't guarantee she'll listen. XD
