Pain during diaper changes

Hi everyone,
I have a question about a painful (I think) vagina in a 2.5-year-old girl. Every time I change her diaper after she's pooped, she screams in pain. Especially when I try to clean between her labia near her vagina. If I pull it apart, she gets completely panicked. I don't see anything unusual otherwise. Does anyone have an idea what this could be?

She might have an infection. That happens more often at that age.
