Pregnancy symptoms after period

Hi!
We are currently trying to conceive. After having an implantation bleed last month and experiencing a lot of "pregnancy ailments" very early on, I was hoping for a positive pregnancy. Unfortunately, I got my period last weekend anyway.
Now I'm just keeping my ailments, they aren't getting any better..
The lower back pain, nausea, bubbles on my temples, cramps and gas, and the fact that I have no period symptoms besides the "bleeding".
Normally I get overactive bowels and acne, but that's not happening.
Do people recognize this, who have had a failed implantation, for example.
