When do your breasts and nipples grow??

When I look at myself,
I had that at 11 weeks where my breasts got fuller and my bra started to feel too tight and painful, but I also show much sooner now. I'm 15 weeks now and people who don't know me think I'm further along; they react surprised when I say I'm 15 weeks. With my previous two pregnancies, I didn't show that early either, and the first growth came much later. I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
But I have a nice pregnant belly—not too big, just a nice pregnant belly.
I don't know what's normal.
But that's how it is for me.

Hi! I'm 8 weeks pregnant now, but I've already been feeling my breasts from 4 weeks on—sensitive and heavy! Hope they grow well Haha!
