What do you think of this name?
We're really struggling with the name for our second little one, a boy! Not so much with the first name, which we think is beautiful! But we're unsure about how it pairs with the last name. It would be Dries Drees. Sounds a bit weird, with only one letter difference? We're a bit scared he might get teased by other kids for this? Or are we overthinking? Should we give up our favorite first name? What do you all think?

I wouldn't choose Dries Drees for sure, I think they look too similar. -

Well, that's the tricky part with names... Some people think it's super, others think it's terrible. So just keep it to yourself: if you think the name is fantastic, go for it!!
If you're doubting too much, then look for another one... You'll probably already come across some really bad names on this forum that someone else loves...
By the way, good luck, because you'll have these doubts throughout your whole parenting journey because YOU make choices that are important for the rest of your child's life. And yes, other people will always have something to say about it... Let them, you do it your way???? -

I think Dries is such a nice name... Dries Drees... it actually sounds pretty good to me. -

It’s a bold choice... but if you both love the first name and don’t mind the combination, then definitely go for it! Ultimately, everyone has their own opinion/taste—it’s really about what you think. -
