    I'd go for Marlou or Malou, whichever name sounds nicer to you.
    I'd spell it with a 'u'.

    Luna (Loena) or Luca for a girl and a boy? Luca or Luuk?

    Then I’d go with Malou, it’s a bit more unique, and kind of like Maloek/Maloeke or Marloek/Marloeke..? Or is that a bit too far-fetched..?
    I personally think Loeki would be the cutest option for a girl and Loeka for a boy.

    We've got it! Well, at least for the girl's name... it's Chloé.

    The dad was always called Loek, but his official name is Louis, pronounced Lowie. Hence Chloé is pronounced klowie. Now just need the boy's name....

    If you want to go with the pronunciation "klowie," I'd write it as Chloë. Chloé is pronounced "klowee." But it's obviously your choice. By the way, it's a lovely name!
