Hyperemesis Gravidarum

Nele pointed out hyperemesis to us in the "due date June 2013" thread recently. Since I've had a really rough day today, I went looking to see how normal it is to feel sick from pregnancy. I've been lying on the couch for weeks, and this weekend I didn't even get out of bed. Everything I eat comes right back up just as fast. I want to discuss this with my GP tomorrow. But I'm also curious about your experiences. Has anyone been through this or knows more about it?

My sister-in-law had this really badly too, and her GP gave her vitamin B complex suppositories. In most cases, it's a vitamin B deficiency that causes your nausea/vomiting. You can start with Gravitamon tablets (vitamin B complex), and if you can't keep those down either, you can get suppositories.
    Feel better soon!
