HCG results

Hi everyone!
I'm 20 years old and only found out yesterday that I'm pregnant
I didn't get my period in August. I felt weird and sometimes nauseous, but mostly I just didn't feel like myself!
I went straight to the GP to explain my symptoms and get a blood test.
After the weekend, I called for my lab results. The GP didn't give much info, just that my pregnancy was positive and that I could discuss other options with her if I wanted.
But of course, I hadn't expected this at all since I'd been taking the pill regularly for 5 years and had stopped in July because I was waiting for another contraceptive method.
But anyway! She emailed my lab results and my HCG was 23978.
But what I couldn't figure out was that there's a list of weeks with all sorts of numbers next to them.
Don't forget this is all new to me; I don't have a mom to explain these things to me
So it says a series from week 3 up to week 18.
Does this mean I'm 18 weeks pregnant or what?
I don't understand it at all. The table starts at week 3 and ends at week 18 with all the numbers alongside.
Being 18 weeks pregnant wouldn't make sense because I took the pill regularly until July and always got my period until August, as I said earlier.
I can't reach my GP anymore today. I can't rest, my mind is racing, I'm really in shock!
I think I'm probably about 6-7 weeks pregnant.
I just have fatigue, no appetite, don't pee often, and no big belly or anything. Sometimes I feel a bit bloated here and there, maybe from soda and stuff.
Pff, can someone please help me with this puzzle? Thanks! ??

    First of all, congratulations!
And no, it doesn't mean you're 18 weeks pregnant. Everyone has a different hCG level; some are very high and others low. That's why they always show a minimum and a maximum range. One person might have 20,000 at 8 weeks, and another at 16 weeks.
You can calculate how long you've been pregnant based on your last period.
