Hi everyone,
I've had nausea and diarrhea since yesterday, can't keep anything down, and feel really awful.
I'm 24 weeks pregnant and wondering if I should call the midwife because I also keep getting tightness in my belly.
Is this just a stomach bug, or is there a reason to go in for a check-up?
