Eat healthy and varied! That way, your baby gets everything they need.

Hi! I use Davitamon Complete Mama Plus. It has everything in it, including folic acid!

I use Davitamon Complete Mama Plus. And I take extra vitamin B12 because I heard it's good for implantation. Not sure if that's really true though... But I guess if it doesn't help, it won't hurt either :-)

Healthy and varied eating! That way your child gets everything it needs.

That's certainly true, jtje! But extra can't hurt, of course, also for your own energy. :-)

I only take folic acid, and it should last until the first ultrasound. Then we'll be 12 weeks, and after that, we'll discuss with the gynecologist what we can take or if we don't need anything anymore.
I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, so I assume that's enough.

Before pregnancy, I took folic acid for 1 month, but I stopped because of stomach issues. When we found out we were pregnant, I started again right away. (At that point, we were just 4 weeks pregnant.)

I use Prena Fem. It's made with natural ingredients and also contains fish oil and omega-3 fatty acids. I've heard it's important during pregnancy. You can also use it to get pregnant and while breastfeeding.

I took vitamins from Germany for women trying to conceive after having two procedures last year... Now I'm taking Davitamon Mama with fish oil.

I had to take vitamin pills because of those procedures, and they were the best for women trying to conceive, since my procedures were related to my uterus. We weren’t actively trying for kids. I even had a small chance of getting pregnant spontaneously... and suddenly my period was late and I had a positive test

    Congratulations, darling!! :-D

That was quite a special moment. First, you get told that you're probably going to need IVF, and then a month later you're pregnant, hihihi.

    Hi everyone,

    I'm 5 weeks pregnant now.
Do most of you also have a lot of stomach pain?
And that feeling like you have to take a test, nervous? haha sounds a bit weird
  12. dammie #32

    Congratulations, Nelly!

I haven't had any issues with that... I didn't have any complaints at all anyway. I'm now 24 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I've only had a lot of stomach issues for the past two weeks. I got a drink prescribed that's helping, thankfully. It's just not so effective in the evenings, but yeah... that's the only thing.

    Ladies,

I’m taking Mamma Complete with Davitamon fish oil. I started this when we decided to try for a baby. That was on December 1st. They’re big, smelly pills haha, but they’ve got everything in them.

I take Gravimon for pregnant women. Greetings, Amiera.

Overall, it seems like you can take all those vitamins before getting pregnant. My husband and I are starting a hospital program to conceive. I've been taking VSM Pure Mama for about a week now, and it's making me feel really nauseous! I'm going to try a different brand.
  16. Anonymous #36

So it's time to try something different, indeed, mom. I took all sorts of vitamins before I wanted to get pregnant. You try everything when a pregnancy doesn't happen. When we finally started a hospital trajectory after a long time of trying, I only took folic acid and vitamin D. And I took folic acid until about week 16 and vitamin D throughout the whole pregnancy. That was more than enough, said the hospital You get the rest from your food indeed. Good luck with your journey!!

I’m totally taking Mama Compleet from Davitamon + fish oil.
Specially so the little one doesn’t miss out on anything.
It seems research shows pregnant women often don’t get enough vitamins.
Nowadays it’s practically impossible to get enough vitamins and minerals just from food, let alone for your growing baby.

Does anyone know if you can also vomit completely mama? I could always swallow it but with difficulty. And now I'm sick and can't keep it down at all.
  19. madelene #40

I use Vibo Vit Plus fish oil.
It also includes vitamin D capsules.
Just to make sure our little princess doesn’t miss out on anything
