I just found out that I'm 1-2 weeks pregnant. During that week, I drank quite a bit of alcohol. I'm so worried now..

Yeah, what counts as "a lot"?
You can't really do anything about it now. When I found out I was pregnant, there was a period where it seemed impossible, and I had been drinking quite a bit... (quite a lot, actually). I asked my midwife about it, and she said they can't really do anything about it or determine if it caused any harm. In principle, the fetus only starts getting nutrients from you after about 5 weeks (so when you've known for a week), so it probably doesn't have as much of an effect early on as it would later.

Indeed... in the beginning it probably can't really do any harm. You're not passing on your nutrients yet.

We had to try for a long time and eventually stopped worrying about it. Especially with the nice weather and all the outdoor cafes. I thought: "As soon as I get a positive test, I won't drink anything anymore (alcohol-free )". I was 4 weeks pregnant when I took the test, and I had a few glasses of rosé over those two weekends, I must admit.
