Left ovary not visible on ultrasound

Dear ladies, are there more girls here who have a large cyst on their ovary? During the ultrasound, a 9 x 9 cm cyst was found on my right ovary. They couldn't see my left ovary, probably due to free fluid. I might need to have surgery.
Now I have a second ultrasound in a week. I'm so scared of what will come out this time I'm sad and afraid that I might never be able to conceive naturally again.
Are there more girls who have gone through or are going through a similar process?

Oh, that's quite big indeed. I usually have cysts, but not this big. Usually two on the right side, 4 or 5 cm, and one on the left, 5 cm. They didn't remove them because of the risk of damaging the eggs, and they tend to come back anyway. But you probably have a different type of cyst. Strength!

For me (and in general), the left side is also much harder to find than the right. There are more intestines on the left.
It's helpful for an ultrasound if your large intestine is as empty as possible.
Those cysts and possibly having surgery is no small thing. It's all quite exciting, and good luck.

Thanks for your replies, girls. Well, what I find the hardest is the waiting, waiting, and more waiting..
I really want to know what kind of cyst it is, where it’s located on the ovary, whether they can remove it without taking out or damaging my ovary, etc.
I feel really awful and really want more clarity
