Help! Hair loss

Help! I gave birth 4 months ago and since last month I've been losing clumps of hair at the same time!
I know it's normal to experience hair loss after giving birth, but if this continues, I won't have any hair left on my head.
My GP doesn't want to do anything about it. Does anyone have tips? I really don't feel like going bald.

I think it'll be okay again. I've had a lot of trouble with it every time. Suddenly, you see at the front of your hairline that all these new hairs are starting to grow in.

You really won't go bald, okay and it's totally normal that the doctor can't do anything about it either!

Kids.. you've got to be willing to put in the effort!

No, vitamin drops for hair and nails are available everywhere. I also had patches of hair loss, and it improved a lot with them.

Do those vitamins for your hair really work? I've always been a bit skeptical.

Pff, seriously, you have to put in the effort for kids, hahaha

No, those vitamins don't help anything if you eat normally. But it gets better on its own, so it seems like they do help.
I had it too. I was also afraid I'd end up with no hair left, but it really turned out fine. Never went bald, and after a while the hair loss just decreased on its own.

I eat healthy anyway. So I'll just wait until it gets better. Luckily, I have almost frizzy hair, so it's so curly that no one notices my hair getting thinner haha.

Angie, it helped me, you can try it.

    Isabeau's vitamins really help!

Lylytje which one do you use then?

Angiie... these are really developed by hairdressers and dermatologists.. they're also allergen-free and not tested on animals.. I've used them myself and they really work on hair and nails.. your skin gets a boost too

Oh, great! I'll go check that out for a bit.

I’d just ask for a blood test. Thyroid issues or anemia can also cause or worsen it.
It’s normal, but then you can rule that out.

The best part is that they even taste delicious, hehe.. like candy

My thyroid is fine, but my iron absorption is low Emmy

I also have my thyroid glands that are currently too low, no hair problem. Need to follow up on it. I took these from Bio Planet or Kruidvat for hair and nails.

    Wishing you lots of strength!

    Lots of strength?!?
Is TS not sick? Hair loss after childbirth is normal

Yeah, I know it's normal, but it really comes in huge clumps all at once haha
