Losing weight after giving birth

hi everyone,
10 weeks ago I gave birth via c-section. Now I still need to lose 8 kilos and I'm trying really hard but it's not working.
I eat very healthy and varied but certainly not too little. I exercise (adjusted to what I'm allowed to do) and I also walk but not a single kilo is coming off!! Very frustrating. Are there any people who have tips? Could it be hormones that still need to leave your body? I know it's not the most important thing but I'd feel better if I could wear some of my old jeans soon. I'm no longer breastfeeding!

Just keep moving, I think. It’s different for everyone. But for me, things only started to really drop off after I stopped breastfeeding. Almost nothing in the first 3 months. It really took a while until I could fit into my old jeans again. 6 months before I could exercise without pain. And now, after 15 months, I’m just barely under my pre-pregnancy weight. Unfortunately, there’s still a lot more to lose.
