Clomid/Pregnyl - brown mucus
Evita13Guest ·
Hey hey,
I'm in my first round with Clomid 50mg and Pregnyl 5000. I got the Pregnyl shot last Monday morning, so I think I ovulated on Tuesday. We did our best to time it exactly as the gynecologist advised.
Meanwhile, it's been 8 days since the Pregnyl, so I'm 7 days past ovulation.
When I go to the toilet, I have a bit of brownish mucus on the paper when I wipe. This morning it was even very light pinkish (a bit fresher). I also feel like I'm about to get my period in my lower abdomen.
Since it's only 8 days since the Pregnyl, that seems too early for my period.
I know Pregnyl can trick your body and cause pregnancy symptoms. Could this brownish mucus also be a false symptom? Or could it actually be implantation?
I know, there's not much else to do but wait a few more days, but it still felt weird.
When my period starts, I sometimes have brownish mucus for a day – or even 2 days – before. But now it seems so early. It's my first round with Pregnyl, so I don't know how my body will react to it.
Anyone who recognizes this?
