Unbelievable feeling of hunger in my stomach

Hey hey!

I’m going to start a new topic again.
I’m getting so incredibly discouraged by this.

I hope I can explain it a bit and maybe someone recognizes it...

My stomach is really a hell.
When I’ve eaten something, it feels like I’m extremely hungry, you know?...
No appetite! That hard feeling in your stomach like you haven’t eaten in ages. Before it starts to rumble.
This feeling hardly ever goes away.
Of course, eating doesn’t help; it makes it worse.
I also have absolutely no appetite or desire to eat anything. It’s purely my stomach giving me this feeling.
And it even makes me nauseous, ugh.

I’m really going crazy from this.
I’m constantly lying with a pillow under my belly or something heavy on my stomach to try to suppress this feeling somewhat.

    Really no one recognizes this?

I had something similar when I was first pregnant. Always feeling hungry, and if I ate something, I'd get nauseous and it didn't help. But otherwise, it's not really relatable. Seems really unpleasant to have that feeling all the time. Maybe see a doctor to check it out?

I had something like that early in my pregnancy. I could only eat cucumber and toast without feeling nauseous, but I always felt like I was constantly hungry.
