Waiting weeks after the first IUI

Hi everyone,
Last Wednesday (13/3) I had my first IUI. I took Clomid in combination with Pregnyl.
So on Wednesday 27/3 I'm allowed to test. I'm so curious. It's been quite a long journey already. I have endometriosis, after all. So the longer I go without my period, the more it hurts in my body. That, along with the fact that we want a baby so badly, makes it quite heavy overall.
I've had a sore breast for a week (yes, only one side but :-) ), yesterday I was extremely emotional. I really had to hold myself back from crying. Something that doesn't usually happen to me.
Today now I have some cramps, like I'm about to get my period...
It could mean anything, of course. And that makes it so hard.
