Implantation bleeding

Hello ladies,

Just a quick question: who of you has had implantation bleeding, and how much?

I'm currently in my 11th week of pregnancy with my second child. Last Saturday I had my egg and the highest peak (measured with an ovulation test). Then last Friday I had some pink discharge, so I secretly got hopeful! But since yesterday, it's been brown and red discharge. It's much less than during my period, and besides some lower back pain and feeling very tired, I have no other complaints. Normally during my period week I get a lot of headaches and stomach pain, so I can't really place it now. I do have a pad in, but there's hardly anything on it. The last few times I've been a few days late, but never a week early. Does anyone recognize this? Were you just too early, or was something else going on? I'm really starting to get desperate with all these vague things happening.

    Happened to me too. Exactly the same, and it turned out I was really pregnant. She's almost 4 months old now.

    How long did it last for you? Today is already day 2 that I’ve been having bleeding.

    For me, it lasted about 3 days and then it was gone. It was really clear implantation because when I went to the ultrasound, the due date came out exactly as I had calculated from the implantation.

    Okay! I'm so curious what it's doing now! But as happy as I was on Friday, I was so disappointed yesterday and today again.

    Thank you! Yes, I'll test on Friday if the bleeding doesn't get worse. I'll let you know later!

    I totally get you, it's always nice to let off some steam. I'm really curious to find out on Friday if it worked out. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you anyway!

    It's also really nice that you're chatting with me! I've lost a lot of courage at the moment because the bleeding seems quite heavy to me. But on the other hand, I finally don't need a bandage anymore and otherwise have few complaints. My husband says he's almost sure it's a viable pregnancy because it's so different from normal now, but I don't want to pin my hopes on anything yet. It's really nice to be able to talk about it!

    I had it too. It only lasted 1 day for me, but it kept coming back weekly until 15 weeks, and they never found anything. But now I have a daughter of 11 weeks
    I'm rooting for you!

    This morning the tampon was pretty full and when I wiped there was a lot of blood and clots. I've given up for now, this probably isn't implantation bleeding anymore. The only thing that's different from my period is that I have absolutely no stomach pain (normally I really need painkillers), no headache which is usually the case for the first few days, and no nausea. And it's 7-8 days past ovulation... and now for the third day (today is really the most intense so far).

    I’ve also lost clots. I was already about 12 weeks pregnant at the time, and it turned out to be due to a bladder infection back then. So you never know. But I totally get that you’re not assuming it’s the same now. But I’m still rooting for you!

    Did you have any other complaints back then? I'm really struggling with my back. It's like severe muscle pain or something.

    I had really sore breasts and very vivid dreams, and I got super nauseous after eating battered fish (I didn’t know I was pregnant yet).
    My back pain didn’t start until 30 weeks, but I hear it’s a common symptom.

    Oh Bernice, that's so sad about the heavy bleeding, but don't lose hope! Implantation is different for everyone; some have little bleeding, others a lot, and some have very little.

    It's a bit less now, every time a small red to brown spot on the panty liner, so hopefully it'll stop soon.
    Totally no full pad today (sorry for all the details! Don't know how else to put it haha).
    Started getting tender breasts a few hours ago, prickly or something, hard to describe.

    Today was the day my period was supposed to come, but so far no symptoms except for a sore back and tender breasts.
    This afternoon I did a Clearblue digital test, but it was negative.
    I'm completely lost now; I'll call my GP tomorrow.

    Hi! I already have a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning because I've had that weird discharge for 10 days now.
    It stopped briefly yesterday morning, but I had a little bit again twice in the afternoon.
    I'm really curious what the doctor will say tomorrow morning.
