Spotting?

Hi everyone,
My daughter is now 4 years old and has had a small red spot on her lower back since birth. She was born via C-section due to breech position. I never really worried about that red spot (1mm). I also have some little blood spots myself; I get a few with each pregnancy, so for me, it's hormonal.
My daughter has never had any health issues, apart from being underweight, which was treated, and she rarely gets sick.
But a few days ago, the spot looked redder than usual. And maybe it has gotten a bit bigger lately, but I'm not sure. The color is darker now than it was a few days ago, but I'd really like to know what this is. It's about 1x0.5 mm (elongated), and it sits slightly raised on the skin if you feel it very carefully.
