How do you change your baby's diaper?

Hello parents,
I'm curious about how you put diapers on your baby,
what do you think is the best way?
You can think about whether you lift the legs, turn the baby, or push the hips up with your hands.
It's for a small research project for my internship!

I just lift his legs, as I learned in the hospital actually. Lift both legs at the same time and then change him. Good luck with your internship. -

Our maternity nurse advised against lifting the legs two years ago. Until then, I always changed diapers that way, but it would be too strenuous for the hips and back. Since then, we've been pushing the legs toward the belly with one hand, and I have to say I find it much easier now with my toddler. Barely any effort at all
