low hormone levels

Does anyone recognize these hormone levels? I have to wait more than a month before I can go back to the gynecologist, but they left me with quite a puzzle last time:
Estrogen remains <60
Progesterone: <0.02 - <0.07
AMH at 1.38
Positive ovulation tests but no ovulation/menstruation
