No gestational sac
SteffieGuest ·
Hi everyone!
Two weeks ago I had a stabbing feeling in my lower belly for a few days, and sure enough, I'm pregnant... I went to the gynecologist, had blood drawn, and my hCG was 539. Counted from the first day of my last period, so at 4 weeks.
A week later, more blood was taken because nothing was visible on the ultrasound. This hCG was 2817. Since this wasn't at my regular gynecologist's office, she advised me to go back to the gynecologist so they could take a better look, and sure enough, still nothing visible.
Now I should be 5 weeks and 5 days, and there's a new appointment scheduled with the gynecologist, but I'm really wondering if it's normal that my hCG is growing so well and that there's still no gestational sac visible on the ultrasound?
I'm extremely worried and can't stop thinking about this!
Has anyone else experienced this before?
