Not feeling well.
Unpregnant?

Hi mums,
Quick question: since I went back to work in mid-June, I've been experiencing various symptoms... blurry vision, dizziness, palpitations in my throat, feeling like I'm trembling internally in the mornings, sweating, shortness of breath... emotional, quick to anger... I just had a week of vacation and still felt really awful. I wasn't exactly pleasant company for my partner and kids... I gave birth in January and she's such a beautiful girl. But everything feels like too much... my cycle returned fairly well, just a bit shorter than before. I was supposed to be in my fertile window last week... could this be related, hormonally? Or is this depression/stress/burnout?
I'm seeing my GP next Wednesday, appointment is booked.
But are there any other mums here who recognize this, 6 months postpartum? I read something about a hormone dip around that time during the postpartum period? Who else has experienced this and how long did it last?
Thanks
