Positive ovulation test after fallopian tube removal

I had surgery on May 24th for an ectopic pregnancy, and my right fallopian tube was removed.
I was a bit worried whether I’d ovulate or not, but I think I’m positive now.
We had intercourse yesterday, hoping for the best since there won’t be more chances this week.

Has anyone else had experience with ovulation after an ectopic pregnancy?
And is this test positive now or should it be darker? I had stretchy mucus yesterday.
